Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Finance COE team, strengthening capabilities, ensuring continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Act as a strategic business partner to Regional and Local Finance teams, supporting the delivery of financial performance targets and long-term business objectives.
- Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of regional financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in line with corporate guidelines and agreed timelines.
- Manage the preparation of management reporting and financial analysis, providing meaningful, fact-based insights to support decision-making across the business.
- Drive cost management, process standardization, and financial efficiency across the EMEA region, ensuring transparency and consistency in reporting.
- Provide oversight and guidance on product costing, pricing, and post-launch analysis, ensuring alignment with regional strategies and profitability goals.
- Lead the development of reporting and analysis to support pricing, promotions, portfolio management, and business case evaluations.
- Oversee balance sheet management, including Capex tracking, DSO improvement, and accrual reviews, ensuring compliance with Group Policy and financial discipline.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Finance and other functions, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and alignment of financial goals.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Extensive experience in senior-level Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Experience with SAP, BW, or TM1 preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities, with proven success in managing and motivating teams to achieve results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proven ability to think strategically and critically, with a deep understanding of business principles, financial drivers, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across multiple functions and geographies.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution.
