Finance Intern

Fixed-term contract for 12 months (full-time role) 

Stefanowo, Poland (near Warsaw)

We are looking for a motivated Finance Intern to join our Finance team supporting Supply Chain Operations in Stefanowo, Poland.

 

In this role, you will support financial reporting, data analysis, and day-to-day finance activities that help ensure smooth and accurate financial operations. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience, develop your analytical skills, and work closely with colleagues across different departments.

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support financial reporting and data analysis activities.
  • Use Excel and other financial tools to manage, analyze, and present data.
  • Collaborate with different departments to provide useful financial insights.
  • Help ensure accuracy of financial records, documentation, and data.
  • Support the Finance team with ongoing tasks related to daily business operations.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE #LI-DNI

  • Final-year student or graduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, especially Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • General understanding of financial reporting principles.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, and communicative Polish.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
  • Proactive approach, willingness to learn, and openness to working on varied tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues from different departments.
  • First professional experience, involvement in student organizations, academic clubs, or international exchange programs would be an advantage.

Compensation: starting from PLN 5500 gross per month
Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
