About Future Opportunities

Roles within Commercialisation support the implementation of product initiatives, packaging changes, portfolio updates and product lifecycle activities across EMEA markets. These roles require close collaboration with local and regional teams, including Artwork, Supply Chain, Regulatory, R&D Packaging, Quality, Sales, Marketing and Commercialisation.

Depending on the specific position, responsibilities may include coordinating new product development, relaunches, packaging updates, Own Label activities, simplification initiatives and projects related to packaging compliance or sustainability requirements.

Example Areas of Responsibility

In future roles within this area, you may be responsible for:

  • Coordinating product lifecycle activities across EMEA markets, including NPD, relaunches, packaging updates and product maintenance.
  • Supporting the implementation of regional packaging initiatives, such as new packaging recyclability labelling.
  • Planning, tracking and coordinating project activities with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitoring project timelines, progress, risks and deliverables.
  • Collaborating with Artwork, Supply Chain, Regulatory, R&D Packaging, Quality, Sales, Marketing and Commercialisation teams.
  • Supporting Own Label activities for CEE markets, including coordination of artwork and repro processes.
  • Participating in CCI and Simplification initiatives.
  • Creating and maintaining product codes in line with internal processes.
  • Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Ensuring timely execution of activities and maintaining accurate project data and documentation.

Candidate Profile

We would be interested in connecting with candidates who have experience or interest in one or more of the following areas:

  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Lifecycle, Project Coordination, Commercialisation or a related area.
  • Project coordination or project management experience.
  • FMCG or manufacturing experience would be an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Supply Chain, Quality or a related field.
  • Fluent Polish and English.
  • Additional European language would be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
  • Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
