Position: Supply Chain Planning Manager

Based: WOLKA KOSOWSKA, MZ, PL, 05-552      



Supply Chain Planning Manager will be responsible for generating optimised production/ supply plans for the mid to long term horizon which satisfy customer demand whilst balancing inventory requirements. A person in this role will contribute planning expertise which enable and harmonise the planning processes (SAP APO), prepare capacity/ supply plans for manufacturing/Vendors assessment and any capital asset requests.




  • Prepare and manage the Supply Review elements of the Sales & Operations Planning process for the respective production facilities within the EMEA zone.
  • Manage and deliver the Mid to Long term Supply Plans (Production & Co-pack) for all Consumer / Industrial – (delete as appropriate) in the EMEA zone that will ensure customer satisfaction as well as deliver against working capital requirements.
  • Collaborate with the scheduling teams to resolve issues which will affect the mid to long term supply & inventory plans, ratifying any issues which need to be resolved through the S&OP process.
  • Prepare and review capacity/Supply plans for all manufacturing assets/resources, identifying all capacity issues and constraints, articulating recommendations to resolve such issues to ensure customer service & working capital targets delivered.
  • Deliver the S&OP and Long Term / Strategic Plan (LTP) processes as per the drumbeat, ensuring the timely review of capital investment, repatriation opportunities and outsourcing requirements are managed and agreed.
  • Ensure that the APO planning system & processes are leveraged, developed and adhered to across the Industrial / Consumer (delete as appropriate) Planning Teams
  • Build a HPO Planning team, that will enable and foster harmonisation and drive efficiencies within the EMEA Supply organisation.
  • As and when necessary, support the supply chain and commercial teams to help them develop & maintain customer commercial relationships.





  • Previous Planning Experience – ideally utilizing the SAP APO platform
  • A broad and solid understanding of the supply chain & operational functions.
  • Knowledge and experience of executing best practice within the Supply Planning discipline
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Proven experience of working across multi-site, cross-geographical manufacturing within FMCG
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to balance and make trade off decisions with regards to cost & service
  • Ability to think laterally in a pressurized environment
  • Mature approach with strong influencing skills 
  • Able to resolve conflict and propose balanced solutions to problems
  • Customer focussed
  • Proactive, “can do approach”
  • The ability to think outside the box and challenge the “status quo”
