Associate Director-Retail Sales & EC

岗位职责Responsibilities (activity)

  1. Lead the merchandising sales and retail team to grow and expand our business as well as establishing strategic partnerships with our partners; develop and expand retail distributors in all other provinces and all eCommerce platforms to achieve target business goals.
  2. Lead, plan and formulate sales development plans for modern retail and e-commerce channels based on the company's sales strategy and track their implementation after converting them into actionable plans, Exploring new business opportunities and leading MVP test in field.
  3. Establish and continuously improve key customer management and maintenance processes for modern and e-commerce channels to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Optimize the sales process and guide the team to improve performance and drive efficiency.
  5. Provide the strategic direction to develop, design and execute a seamless integration of online and offline linkage sales strategy (O2O strategy formulation and execution) to ensure a cohesive brand experience as well as enhance customer experience in order to deliver business targets.

 

职位要求 Requirement For The Position

- More than 8 years of experience in managing sales teams in modern and e-commerce channels；

- Has experience in managing key customers across the country through modern channels.

- Has experience in managing or operating mainstream e-commerce platforms and O2O platforms.

- Bachelor's degree

- Good written communication skills.Cross departmental collaboration ability
