Your area of responsibility
In this versatile role, you will support the local marketing team and report to the Swiss Marketing Manager. To grow our brands, you will be responsible for
• the development of the long-term marketing strategy of our two local Herbs & Spices brands McCormick and Butty incl. the responsibility to achieve our financial targets
• all ATL activities (classical and digital) incl. the media briefings and execution in collaboration with central EMEA media team and European media agency
• BTL activities (out-of-home) and execution of new business development projects such as partnerships and co-operations
• the planning, development and implementation of the trade marketing plan in cooperation with our distributor
• the A&P budget incl. budget control, in alignment with our EMEA financial controllers
• analysis of the performance (Nielsen), while having a transversal knowledge of the performance of the market, the brands and the competition
• the elaboration of conclusions, recommendations and short- and long-term corrective actions
• NPD pipeline (innovation / renovation) and lead the project management in a cross-functional team
• leading regular business reviews with our distributor, presenting your analysis and corrective action plans
• being a proactive member of the European Marketing community
To successfully master this challenging task, you should bring
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally with a focus on marketing.
• Work experience of at least 3 years in a similar role. FMCG environment is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
• Quick comprehension and strong analytical skills
• Structured communication, both written and oral, with ability to convince
• Ability to build relationships in a matrix, cross-functional & multicultural environment
• Responsible, high level of initiative with drive for results and hands on mentality
• Organizational talent, precise way of working
• Fluent in German and English (French an advantage)
