MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and/or update the various changes for the employee pay affecting payroll (bank details update, bonuses, absences,etc) for EMEA on a monthly basis according to company policy and proper approval level
- Prepare the monthly payroll for approval
- Respond to employees and business queries
- Prepare and submit tax and third party payments
- Participate to basic testings for Payroll regulatory changes.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Administration/Accounting/Finance/Business degree.
- Experience in Payroll
- Detail oriented
- Fluent in English
- Advanced competency with Excel and Microsoft Office
- SAP experience preferred
- Demonstrate ability to work independently
- Demonstrate problem solving skills
- Proven analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work in international, matrix environment

Compensation: starting from PLN 77850 PLN gross per year STARTING SALARY
Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
