Position Overview:
Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Director, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process across various sites/facilities through TA Partners and /or Coordinators handling various portfolio of processes.
This key role will have direct responsibility for the sourcing strategy as well as facilitation of recruitment efforts that will meet business objectives for talent and will ensure consistent execution of a best in class candidate experience. This includes meeting or exceeding metrics associated with all aspects of hiring, internal and external, building people capability by identifying and eliminating barriers to recruitment, increase strength in critical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing direct sourcing process across various sites/functions in the region and OneHR operating model.
- Establish effective relationships with leadership and HR to strategize recruitment efforts, that will enable the team to improve quality of hire, time-to-fill and customer experience
- Analysis of external factors that impact recruitment, adjust recruitment strategy approach as required.
- Lead a team of direct reports in developing the sourcing and recruitment strategy within the function/site, improving processes and meeting business objectives.
- Develop capabilities in the team to improve service experience in the region and/or country groups. Execute regional talent acquisition activities to meet current and future business needs while ensuring a consistently first class candidate experience
- Determine approach to proactive sourcing and facilitate based on forecasted business needs. Partner with the business on workforce planning that will allow the team to build talent pipelines proactively. Stay abreast of best practices and integrate them into the process
- Lead key Talent Acquisition projects in line with industry best practice and driving continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance and adherence to all local hiring laws and SOX audits, decrease legal vulnerability
- Supervise the creation and sourcing of an exceptional talent pipeline through social networking tools (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), search engines, career fairs, targeted advertisements, educational systems, and internal referral process
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, HR, Psychology or other relevant field required.
- Relevant experience in recruiting/talent acquisition.
- Demonstrable experience as Recruitment professional working on volume or manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience of leadership.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer relationship management (including ability to influence and dealing with executives).
- Ability to build, coach and mentor high performance team of independent recruitment professionals
- Customer relationship management (with understanding of business culture) - including communication, ability to influence.
- Analytical capability to analyze and interpret data including the ability to work with metrics, produce KPIs and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Cultural agility to work with teams and employee groups.
- Well organized, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Demonstrable experience as Recruitment professional working on Non-Exempt & Exempt roles or relevant experience.
- Must have experience of managing a full cycle recruitment cycle.
- Experience working in a centralized recruitment environment or agency environment preferred.
- Recruitment experience using direct sourcing and Internet required.
- Knowledge of and adherence to employment laws and regulations require.
- Experience of driving workforce planning activities preferred.
- Significant experience of direct resourcing & effective selling of the business.
- Experience of working in a volume based environment.
- Advanced knowledge of recruiting techniques including social media.
- Vendor management experience.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple projects/skills at any one time.
- Good working knowledge of HR &/or Recruitment Systems (e.g. Success Factors) and MS Office.
- Proficiency with electronic recruitment data technology (particularly an Applicant Tracking System) and other related software required.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in languages specific to the EMEA region preferred.
