The Senior Account Executive – Distributors & Operations plays a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of account and category-specific business plans that drive sustainable growth.

Who We Are

 

Working across distributors and operational stakeholders, this role partners with the Senior Commercial Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure commercial plans are executed effectively and on time. With responsibility spanning merchandising support, account management, NPD project management and data analysis, the role is integral to delivering strong commercial outcomes and operational excellence for the Australian Consumer Division.

 

Ideal Candidate

 

  • Commercially astute and proactive with some experience in operations support or customer management, ideally within the FMCG or food industry.
  • Strong analytical capability, confidence working with sales and forecast data, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, comfort in managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills whilst driving positive cultural impact.
