We are looking to hire a HR Technology Lead in a Hybrid (60/40) capacity for our site in Mexico. This is 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Position Overview:
The HR Technology Lead I will be responsible for delivering against McCormick’s HR Technology strategy. Will work closely with SAP/SuccessFactors to act as a subject matter expert. The HR Technology Lead I will also be responsible for training other team members on the systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead/manage strategic HR projects that have an impact on the MySuccess Platform.
- Collaborate with IT and instructional teams to identify and implement best practices.
- Optimize learning platforms and tools.
- Work closely with other team members to identify and correct potential data or technology issues.
- Support process improvement initiatives for learning activities such as registration, reporting, assessment completion.
- Act as primary Administrator of the MySuccess Platform.
- Provide timely support to learners and instructors. (KR3).
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Completed bachelors’ degree in HR, IT or related business field.
- 2+ years of experience using SAP SuccessFactors.
- 2+ years of experience across core HR processes, training and development.
- Experience as a SuccessFactors system administrator.
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment responding to challenges with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to deliver.
- Ability to demonstrate analytic credibility with stakeholders.
- Problem solving abilities to ensure employees have successful resolution of their issues.
- Experience working in a high volume, shared services environment.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
