We are looking to hire a Photo Retoucher immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

The Photo Retoucher will be responsible for delivering quality images for website, e-commerce and digital campaigns. This role will work closely with photographers and content producers as part of McCormick’s internal content production team, which services McCormick’s entire family of brands, from McCormick spice to Thai Kitchen and French’s Mustard

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Retouch, edit, and color correct final photos and upload to McCormick’s digital asset management system
  • Attend priority shoots to be the digital imaging technician (DIT) for photographers
  • Work with content producers and photographers to understand project scope and objectives.
  • Help establish, implement, and document the photography post production process

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, Art, or Graphic Design.
  • 3-5 years experience photo retouching with a portfolio of images
  • Flexible and positive mindset – internal deadlines and priorities are constantly changing
  • Team player, must work daily with other creatives to produce content together
  • Able to take constructive feedback and action on it with agility
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign) CaptureOne, Microsoft Suite
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Photography or related field (preferred)
