We are looking to hire an entry level Sales Analyst immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sales Analyst I role on the Category Management team will support the Albertson team providing in-depth reporting and analysis to drive category strategy and identify business opportunities. The successful candidate will require strong technical skills. The individual will be required to utilize internal and external data to track key performance metrics across our portfolio of products and deliver analysis and recommendation on those data points. This is an entry level position located in Hunt Valley, MD and requires the interest and ability to relocate as necessary in the future for other opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for creating, maintaining, and publishing standard reports on an on-going (weekly/monthly) basis.
- Develop and maintain business scorecards on key initiatives for the Division and Business Partners
- Support the Customer Level Business Planning Process by providing data and insight on distribution, merchandising, and promoted activity.
- Technical expert on reporting systems.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Must have demonstrated skills working on small projects and basic analytic assignments.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be self-motivated, possess excellent communication and organization skills, project a professional image, and interact effectively with all levels within the organization.
- Must be willing to travel several times per year and relocate if necessary.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of McCormick and/or Internship.
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in working with Syndicated/Scan Data (Circana/IRI or Nielsen), Retailer data (SymphonyAi, dunnhumby, 84.51)

Base Salary: $53,990 - $94,480.
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan/ McCormick’s Sales Incentive Bonus (SIB) Plan/ McCormick’s Dividend Program.
