POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales Technology Analyst II plays a key role in supporting reporting, systems access, and communication for USCPD. This role is primarily responsible for managing reporting activities through Business Warehouse (BW) and TELUS Trade Promotion Management (TPM), including developing and delivering training sessions, tracking KPIs, and troubleshooting system issues. The analyst also supports new user onboarding, maintains internal communications such as newsletters and sales updates, and assists with SharePoint administration and user provisioning.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain reports using BW, TELUS Analytics, and Excel/Analysis for Office to support sales performance, KPIs, and trade promotions.
  • Train new employees and brokers on reporting tools and systems including BW and TPM.
  • Support onboarding of new McCormick and broker sales employees, ensuring proper system access and training.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including running ad-hoc reports and fixing TPM KPI errors.
  • Create and publish the weekly Sales Bulletin and monthly “People Moves” newsletter.
  • Serve as a backup for access control and user credential maintenance across BW, TPM, GBC, and SharePoint.
  • Act as a backup SharePoint Administrator, managing site updates, workflows, and approvals while training new users.
  • Support a variety of special projects that improve sales efficiency and system usage.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, information systems, or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Analysis, Technology, or Communications.
  • Capability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including strong grammar and writing abilities.
  • Strong technical expertise in managing multiple systems and security functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, brokers, and salespeople.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in consumer products.

Base Salary:  $63,250 - $110,680

 

Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan/ McCormick’s Sales Incentive Bonus (SIB) Plan/ McCormick’s Dividend Program.
