We are looking to hire an Sr. Associate Brand Manager immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

The Senior Associate Product Manager assists in leading the P&L management and in-market results focused on the US Lawry’s Brand. This position will partner to build, coordinate, and execute strategic and tactical commercial plans across innovation and business continuity aligned with growth agenda. Candidate will lead cross-functional teams, support annual plans, and manage monthly deliverables across Monthly Business Review (MBR) and Commercial Review (CR).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business and P&L Management: Responsible for delivery of NS and OP. Responsible for inputs into the financial forecast, with accountability for accuracy and bias throughout the year. Impacts P&L choices across Cost of Selling, Cost of Goods Sold, and Marketing Investments. Provide analysis and recommendations to drive growth initiatives based on consumer, brand, research, and landscape analysis to deliver sales, share, and HHP aspirations.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Responsible for leading cross-functional teams across projects, marketing plans, and portfolio optimization agenda. Collaborates closely with commercial functions to enable the growth and expected to develop skills to impact sales agenda and implementation of commercial plans. Opportunity to partner on and influence licensing and awareness strategies.
- Strategic Brand Planning: Prepare and deliver on-going business updates and reports to senior marketing/brand management. Partners to deliver Brand Plans and works closely with Trade Marketing to drive customer excitement behind these strategies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years of marketing and/or sales experience
- Proficient level understanding of practices in Marketing and Consumer insights and sound understanding in areas including Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Demonstrated results in consumer-packaged goods brand management, finance, and/or project management
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, influencing, and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical and business tracking skills to deliver clear data-based recommendations and forecasts
- Project leadership experience with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to exercise discretion regarding strategic recommendations, data and sources, analytic conclusions, and financial recommendations.
