We are hiring immediately for a Talent Acquisition Manager, in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity, reporting to the Senior Director of TA at our Global Headquarters office in Hunt Valley, MD. This individual will lead exempt level hiring for the organization (from early career through senior leadership level roles) throughout the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop Hiring Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive exempt-level hiring strategy across the Americas Region that aligns with business goals and workforce planning needs.
- Lead Early Career Programs: Develop, manage, and continuously improve early career hiring programs, including internships, co-ops, new graduate pipelines, and rotational programs to attract high-potential future leaders.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with universities, industry organizations, workforce development partners, and professional associations to support talent sourcing and branding efforts.
- Talent Pipelining: Establish strategic pipelines for key roles through market mapping, proactive sourcing, industry partnerships, and talent communities.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leadership to understand talent needs and provide consultative support.
- Metrics & Insights: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Provide strategy and leadership to Talent Acquisition Business Partners, ensuring consistency and alignment with best practices.
- Service Excellence: Elevate the level of service and delivery across the talent acquisition function, in terms of both candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Project Management: Lead key Talent Acquisition projects in line with industry best practice and driving continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or HR with direct experience working on exempt level recruitment, early career programs, and talent pipeline strategies.
- Experience managing full cycle recruitment.
- Formal or informal lead or supervisory experience.
- Ability to build, coach and mentor high performance team of recruitment professionals.
- Capability to analyze and interpret data including the ability to work with metrics, produce KPIs and provide insights to business partners.
- Experience using ATS systems.
- Exceptional communicator with a strong track record for building positive relationships with business partners and demonstrated ability to influence.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
- Collaborative team player
- Able to manage escalations and problem solve complex situations that may require collaboration cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently maintain composure under pressure.
Base Salary: $103,520-$181,150
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
