COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER – MIDDLE EAST
Reporting to the Finance Director – Middle East, this role provides financial insights to drive improved decision-making and deliver business results through driving growth and profitability and is the key Finance Business Partner to Commercial, Supply Chain & Operations and Procurement teams across Turkey and Dubai.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide expert financial and analytical support to drive business value and assist decision-making.

Lead financial reporting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and insight into performance drivers.

Conduct product and customer profitability analysis and assess new business opportunities.

Support commercial team in customer engagement and participate in monthly BU reviews.

Act as financial advisor to Supply Chain & Operations, ensuring robust month-end close and accurate reporting.

Analyze variances, recommend actions, and support strategic investment business cases.

Estimate product costs for quoting and maintain strong internal controls (SOX/FCPA compliance).

Provide financial support for budgeting, forecasting, spend analytics and cost tracking.

Coordinate material cost updates and align with regional/global finance teams on savings and P&L impact.

Ensure compliance with corporate and legal requirements.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
-
Significant finance experience in commercial and supply chain within large multinational manufacturing (FMCG preferred).

Relevant degree and professional qualification (ACA, CIMA, SMMM or equivalent).

Proven experience in management & financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls.

Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and SOX compliance.

Experience with NETSIS, SAP (preferred) and modern IT tools (Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI).

Strong communication skills across functions, cultures, and geographies.

Analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Team player with ability to challenge and improve processes.

Fluent in Turkish and English.
