We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Analyst in a Hybrid (60/40) capacity for our site in Interlomas, Edo. Mex.. This is 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Analyst supports the Global Digital Operations team by executing high-volume website content updates and page builds across multiple global sites using CMS platforms including Shopify, Sitecore, and HubSpot. This includes creating and updating pages using predefined templates and guidelines, ensuring all content is properly structured, QA’d, and published accurately, with consistency and adherence to established standards in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute web content updates and page builds across Shopify, Sitecore, and HubSpot, including creating pages from templates, editing existing content, performing QA checks (links, images, formatting, metadata), and publishing approved content accurately and on time.
  • Apply defined digital best practices during content updates, including SEO (metadata, alt text, headers), UX (content structure and formatting), and accessibility standards, ensuring all updates meet established guidelines.
  • Identify and flag website issues or improvement opportunities during execution (e.g., broken links, layout inconsistencies, missing content), and document them for review.
  • Log, track, and update website issues in the designated system, Azure DevOps, ensuring accurate details are captured and escalating blockers or high-priority issues to the appropriate stakeholders promptly.
  • Support implementation of technical updates by following defined requirements, coordinating with relevant teams for execution, and performing QA checks to validate updates before and after releases.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital content management, website publishing, or similar execution-focused roles. Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, HubSpot, Sitecore, Klaviyo and) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute high-volume content updates accurately and consistently.
  • Comfortable working within structured workflows, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools, knowledge of Azure DevOps preferred.
  • Clear and concise communicator, able to follow instructions, ask clarifying questions, and collaborate across teams when needed.
  • Proactive in identifying and flagging technical/process issues or inconsistencies during execution.
  • Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities and evolving processes.
  • Experience supporting multiple brands or markets, with the ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt content accurately across regions.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS, with the ability to edit content, troubleshoot simple formatting issues, and apply minor code adjustments when needed.
  • Familiarity with basic Photoshop, preferred.
  • Advanced/fluent English (spoken and written).
