We are looking to hire a Digital Shelf Lead in a Hybrid (60/40) capacity for our site in Mexico. This is 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Position Summary:

The Digital Shelf Lead is responsible for a portfolio of North American brands ensuring accurate, best-in-class content for the digital shelf to enable product discoverability within e-commerce channels to drive sales. The Lead will govern a global “Visionary Retailer” digital shelf template and ensure automation among global DAM, PIM, and CMS systems. The role is also responsible for content syndication to direct-to-consumer and owned channels and requires experience in project management and digital asset management. Additionally, the Lead supports product imaging projects from end-to-end planning, 3D Model creation, product photography delivery, product information capture, and publishing.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support product imaging projects from end-to-end planning, 3D Model creation, product photography delivery, product information capture, and publishing for the North American product portfolio.
  • Govern and maintain digital assets and product information within Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, Product Information Management (PIM) system and website Content Management Systems (CMS) in conjunction with in-market dates; support technology integrations to enable automation and speed-to-shelf.
  • Execute and govern a global “Visionary Retailer” digital shelf template for new products, legacy products, and brand stories leveraging insights and meeting evolving retailer requirements.
  • Coordinate with McCormick Studios and creative resources to execute: Photography, Designed Assets, Video, SEO Keywords, and Copy; manage content review and approvals among key stakeholders.
  • Inform key stakeholders of content availability within PIM, create product content reports, maintain team project tracker, support measurement efforts including retailer dashboards, support global branding efforts.
  • Syndicate digital shelf content to direct-to-consumer and owned channels.
  • Support enterprise product lifecycle management.
  • Support evolving Digital Transformation workstreams and business priorities.
  • Support team scope expansion and process creation for new businesses (brands, regions, and channels).

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of professional Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or eCommerce experience.
  • Able to manage a substantial number of projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills required.
  • Must be flexible, change-ready, detail-oriented and deadline driven.
  • Understands e-commerce platforms and technologies and is able to adapt easily to changes within the space.
  • Able to recommend optimized ways of working to enable efficiency and speed without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred).
  • Cooking experience/food and ingredient knowledge (preferred).
  • People Management (preferred).
  • Experience using project management/workflow tools (such as Workfront) (preferred).
