Under the general supervision of the Sr Commericalization Manager, the position is responsible for management and cross-functional coordination of new business and product life cycle initiatives for Flavor Solutions. Additionally, this role will provide business leadership for commercialization and lead business critical projects for Flavor Solutions.

Qualifications
- BSc in Marketing or related discipline: Supply Chain, Business, or Finance
- 5+ years progressive, broad based marketing and/or supply chain/commercialization experience.
- 2+ years of strong project leadership experience with demonstrated success in managing multiple projects preferably of a cross-function team.
- Proven superior Project Management skills
- Sound understanding of concepts, principles and practices in Marketing (functional expert) and a working knowledge of practices in other areas including Sales, Finance and Supply Chain
- Deep understanding of the industry sector, trends, and competitive landscape across multiple segments
- Defines standards and specifications around which other will operate
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence cross-functional and business leaders with a focus on implementing strategic solutions to supply chain processes
- Strong cross-functional strategic leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Experience leading change under ambiguous and fast moving conditions.
- Ability to motivate others to achieve results and deliver against commitments without formal authority.
