HR Business Partner – Quality, Regulatory and R&D EMEA

Location: UK (Peterborough OR Haddenham), France (Avignon OR Carpentras)

Hybrid Setting

 

 

Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment? We're looking for an HR Business Partner to support our Quality, Regulatory and R&D functions across all our EMEA locations, partnering with leaders to drive people strategies, organizational effectiveness, and business performance. Occasional travel to any of the EMEA locations may be required.

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Partner with Quality, Regulatory and R&D leaders across EMEA to align HR strategies with functional goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, employee development, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Coach and support managers in building high-performing teams and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Lead and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives across supported business areas.
  • Drive organizational change, HR process improvements, and transformation projects from concept through execution.
  • Support organizational design and restructuring initiatives while ensuring consistency and compliance across the business.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong and proven HR experience, which included partnering with business leaders and senior management
  • Previous direct or indirect leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of core HR disciplines, including talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Proven track record of experience operating within a culturally diverse working environment would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed, and global organizations.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
  • High level of business acumen, professionalism, and customer focus.
