Key Responsibilities

  1. DC Operations Management
    • Lead operational excellence in 3 Chinese DCs, including warehouse management, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity.
    • Implement process improvements to enhance throughput and reduce operational costs.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Transportation Coordination
    • Manage inbound/outbound logistics for finished goods, selecting carriers and optimizing routes for cost and efficiency.
    • Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, freight costs) and resolve transportation disruptions proactively.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement) to align logistics with demand forecasts.
  3. Team Leadership
    • Develop and mentor local DC and transport teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Drive digitalization initiatives (e.g., TMS/WMS adoption) to streamline operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in logistics, with 5+ years in DC/transportation management in China.
  • Skills: Proficiency in SAP/Oracle WMS, strong analytical abilities, and negotiation expertise with 3PL providers.
  • Language: Fluent in English (written/spoken) and Mandarin.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
