Assistant Manager, Talent & Learning
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Training Plan Execution & Learning Program Management
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of the annual training plan, including scheduling, vendor/facilitator coordination, logistics, communication, and tracking.
- Ensure accurate training records and support digital learning platforms as required.
- Talent & Performance Management Coordination
- Coordinate key milestones in the talent cycle: goal setting, mid‑year conversations, IDPs, talent review, succession planning, and year‑end performance management.
- Partner with HRBPs and managers to ensure smooth process execution and system utilization.
- Employee Engagement & Experience Design
- Design, organize, and deliver employee engagement and wellbeing activities that strengthen culture, inclusion, and employee experience.
- Partner with local site leaders, committees, and HR to ensure activities meet business and employee needs.
- Internal Communication & Change Management Support
- Support and coordinate communication between employees, managers, and HR, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
- Facilitate change management activities (e.g., briefings, communications, workshops) to support organizational transitions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent development, employee engagement, or HR project coordination.
- Strong team player with effective listening, highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating virtually and across different time zones;
- Great self-management abilities, attention to detail, a 'hands-on' mentality and ability to adapt to different situations,
- Strong customer orientation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in online Talent & Learning platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Degreed), digital communication tools, and data analytics.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English required
