Join Our Team as Manager Regulatory Affairs
Reporting to the Director, Quality Assurance you will be the onsite subject matter expert who will work cross-functionally across the Australian business to lead, define, develop and deliver regulatory and compliance programs to drive business performance.

About The Role
Combining both strategic and hands-on skills, the successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and delivering our internal governance program and advising the business on regulatory and compliance matters in relation to food safety, quality and trade and market access.
- Oversee compliance with food regulations and associated regulations relevant to food safety, quality assurance, food labelling, trade and market access for the Australian business.
- Provide expert advice and interpretation of regulations and regulatory frameworks to ensure business compliance and commercial success.
- Develop and administer a Governance Program around compliance with food regulations and customer requirements.
- Act as an internal consultant to provide information and advice to the business on changes and developments to regulations and their impact on the business.
- Support our two Australian sites in Melbourne and Sunshine Coast, Qld.
About You
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience.
- 0-15 years' experience in a regulatory or compliance role in the food or pharmaceutical industry
- A very high level of technical proficiency in understanding and interpreting food industry regulations
- Knowledge of import/export requirements
- Sound problem solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
