About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our food safety and quality systems not only meet standards—but set them. This is a varied, hands‑on position with opportunities to expand your skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and be part of a knowledgeable and collaborative Quality team.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the Quality representative in commissioning NPD projects and new production equipment.
- Be hands‑on in verifying and validating quality systems and equipment in a large-scale food manufacturing environment.
- Support and lead the development, training, and implementation of new and existing quality systems.
- Work collaboratively with Production, NPD and cross‑functional teams to ensure food safety and quality are built into every step.
- Participate in regulatory and customer audits.
- Use data-driven insights to support continuous improvement across operations and quality systems.

About You
You’re someone who’s ready to take the next step in your career and contribute to real improvements in a dynamic food manufacturing environment.
You’ll bring:
- Practical experience in a Quality role within the food industry, ideally with exposure to multiple standards (regulatory or customer-driven).
- Some experience with document management systems and allergen management.
- Food safety certification such as HACCP or Internal Auditing—or an interest in completing these courses.
- A collaborative mindset—you enjoy working with cross‑functional teams.
- A passion for data-driven improvement and problem solving.
