We are looking to hire a Regulatory Analyst I in a Hybrid (60/40) capacity for our site in Interlomas, Edo. Mex.. This is 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Job Description
This position is responsible for the timely generation, verification, and distribution of the regulatory assessments of product formulations, labels and issuance of technical documentation requested by internal and external customers. These activities involve conformance to regulations, McCormick procedures / policies and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Regulatory compliance assessments of product formulations
- Creates, verifies, maintains and provides regulatory information to internal and external stakeholders in compliance with applicable regulations and/or customer requirements. Information includes, but is not limited to: Compliance Letter, Ingredient Statement, Genetically Modified Organism Statements, Product labeling, GHS Label, Certificate of Free Sales data and other requests
- Data maintenance of the regulatory technical documentation in SharePoint
- Provides weekly / monthly reports and / or other tasks assigned by Regulatory Leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Nutrition or closely related technical field
- 2 years of experience in Food Regulation. Working knowledge of the food industry and general business practices
- Fluent in English – reading, writing, and speaking
- Advanced level of computer literacy (Microsoft Suite and Outlook)
- Food Law Requirements knowledge is preferred
