Foodservice Brand Manager
Based: Haddenham – Hybrid 50/50
Type of contract: Fixed-term for 12 months
Deliver UK Foodservice Brand & Marketing activities for our Condiments and Herbs, Spices & Seasonings brands: Schwartz, Frank’s RedHot, French’s Mustard, Cholula Hot Sauce and Cattlemen’s BBQ sauce.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our brands in the Foodservice market across wholesalers, distributors & restaurants. You will be responsible for monitoring & driving profitable brand growth, managing new product development, and activating 2025 brand plans with agency partners.
As a Foodservice Brand Manager you will:
- Be responsible for executing brand plans & activations, working closely with the Commercial team & agency partners.
- Monitor KPIs & review activities, ensuring they are delivering against Commercial objectives.
- Manage A&P budget tracker, ensuring accurate allocation and tracking of expenses across initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights to inform brand strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Represent McCormick brands in quarterly customer meetings alongside our Commercial & Culinary teams.
- Confidently present category & consumer insights, brand plans and new product development to customers and internal stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
- Lead in preparing and delivering innovation sessions with current and new End User customers.
- Be the Marketing lead in end-to-end new product development processes from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Activate launch plans and deliver creative materials to ensure successful market introduction & long-term growth.
- Oversee digital communication platforms including brand website, social media & e-commerce channels in collaboration with agency partners.
- Work closely with agencies to create & implement new content & creative materials.
- Plan and organise brand presence at selected trade shows and customer events, ensuring impactful brand representation and effective engagement with key stakeholders including customers, partners & end users.
To be successful in this role you should:

- Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other relevant degree.
- Offer proven experience in brand management, preferably within the Foodservice or FMCG sector.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to various stakeholders, including customers and senior management.
- Have strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions that align with overall business goals. Capable of balancing creative innovation with financial objectives to drive profitable brand growth.
- Be skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel.
- Offer experience of using syndicated data resources to monitor market trends such as Nielsen, Mintel, Lumina Intelligence, TheFoodPeople.
- Ideally have experience of creative tools such as Canva.
