An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our UK Marketing Team, driving growth across our condiment portfolio, including the world’s #1 hot sauce, Frank’s RedHot. Reporting to the UK Marketing Director, you will lead the development and execution of robust brand plans that accelerate growth and strengthen our market position.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Brand stewardship for HEAT portfolio

  • Responsible for Brand Planning diagnostics, opportunities and asks to EMEA Growth Platform team to ensure growth initiatives are in place for mid term
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the full Brand Plan, working closely with commercial, category, and shopper marketing teams to deliver flawless execution — on time and in full.
  • Serve as the guardian of the Schwartz brand visual identity, ensuring consistent application of distinctive brand assets across all touchpoints over time.
  • Define product and channel pricing strategies; collaborate with Sales Planning and Category Management on assortment, promotions, customer, and channel strategies.
  • Lead for Project Torch UK workstream implementation (Y1, Y2)​

 

Execute to Win​

  • Inspire and engage key customer partners through compelling presentations, refining activation plans to maximise impact for each partner.
  • Activate and amplify partnerships on digital channels as agreed by the Licensing Team
  • Build relationship with US team and learn/leverage US plans
  • Collaborating with global marketing on PR/Influencers Agency management, creative briefs, assets adaptation with studio for paid, own and earned media.
  • Input in strategy and execution (Inputs in brief, feedback, align on tests, validate target..).
  • Oversee the A&P budget – make recommendations on allocation of spend phasing, and according to learnings of the Media Mix Modelling

 

Product and range Lifecycle Management​​

  • Lead all locally initiated NPDs, from development to launches (Ex: Aldi big bottle, Minions UK label, Cholula minis for Tesco.) ​
  • Lead NPDs post-activation evaluations, embedding learnings to drive continuous improvement across marketing plans.
  • Actively manage the range and make sure all product info is updated on time on website, Brandbank, internal product master data reports

 

P&L ownership & performance

  • Track and report performance of the condiment’s portfolio in Monthly Business Reviews
  • Lead gap analysis, and work with category and sales team to scope mitigation plans ​
  • Make A&P recommendation on portfolio spend allocation

 

Team Development

  • Coach, mentor, and develop one Junior Brand Manager, fostering high performance, capability growth, and career progression.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Proven marketing experience; Marketing degree preferred
  • Experience in leading global FMCG companies with clear structures and processes
  • Knowledge of UK trade preferred
  • Strong expertise across consumer and shopper insights, brand positioning and planning, innovation and new product delivery, design, media and communications, and price/pack architecture
  • Experience in customer, channel, and category strategy development
  • Solid business analysis capability and understanding of P&L and key financial indicators
  • High energy, results-driven, and accountable
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Hands-on mindset with strong decision-making skills
  • Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English
