KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.To be sure the suppliers are audited and approved base on McCormick (SH&GZ&WH) requirements and raw materials are met McCormick specification.
2.Closely tracking the government regulatory change, actively attend the food safety standard set up and meet regulatory requirements.
3.Build up customer Intimacy and meet all challenge for the key industrial customers.
4.Support retail and food service growth in quality and food safety.
5.Working with relevant functions to deliver right quality and safety products to support business growth.
6.Take a leadership role in any potential food safety crisis with the support from Corporate QA function.
7.Coach and develop direct reports. Ensure proper career paths and succession planning are in place for the functions.
REQUIREMENTS
1.BA Degree.
2.More than 15 years in Food Industry and a minimum of 8 years serving in a managerial role.
3.Be fluent in English and mother language is Chinese is preferred.
4.In depth knowledge of food law in China.
