EMEA PRODUCT LIFEYCLE COORDINATOR

The role is responsible for maintaining and developing the Consumer Branded and Own Label product portfolio. The position ensures effective end-to-end management of product lifecycle activities and leads the implementation of packaging and portfolio-related initiatives across EMEA.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop the Consumer Branded and Own Label product portfolio
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle projects across EMEA markets, including New Product Development (NPD), relaunch and maintenance projects
  • Lead the implementation of the new Packaging Recyclability Logo throughout EMEA, including planning, progress monitoring and coordination with cross-functional teams (Artwork, Supply Chain, Regulatory, R&D Packaging, Quality and Commercialisation)
  • Manage Own Label (OL) activities for CEE markets in close cooperation with Sales and support functions, including responsibility for the AW/REPRO process
  • Support CCI and Simplification initiatives, including product code creation and coordination with the Artwork team
  • Create and manage product codes in line with internal procedures and systems
  • The role requires strong cross-functional leadership without direct people management responsibility.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

  • Relevant professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain or related functions
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in an FMCG environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Supply Chain, Quality or related field
  • Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile or equivalent) is an advantage
  • Polish – fluent
  • English – fluent
  • Additional European language (e.g. French) is an advantage
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and computer skills
  • Ability to build sustainable working relationships within McC structures and external suppliers
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at Senior Manager level
