Order to Cash Business Analyst

Łódź, Poland - hybrid setting

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform research and interviews to determine IT business requirements and then translate into User stories. Help business users define and document acceptance criteria. Help the team with the Analysis, facilitation, modeling, and organizing information to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs. Serves as a technical liaison to business product owners and to the IT Development Teams: Requirements gathering (user stories). Coordinating and Facilitating User testing.   

 

  • Co-ordinate issue management for end-user problems and ensure a consistent high-level responsiveness and customer care. Documenting steps required to resolve an issue. Project manage key tasks such as data migration, cut over vendor management etc. 

    

  • Observe and gain an understanding and anticipate how business needs, and market trends could shape and build the product line model. Helping to ensure solutions are built within the product line model and contributing the solution design for their product(s). This knowledge is recognized by their business partners and establishes them as a trusted advisor.

   

  • Assist with or lead the co-ordination of business Change Management activities. Lead change initiatives within IT. Improve IT processes to improve IT's speed and agility to deliver value faster. Managing budget requirements, vendor activities, reporting and other related activities. Help identify inconsistencies and problems and bring them to the attention of product owners sprint retrospectives and suggest problem resolution and business process improvements.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree typically within a technical subject such as computer science or significant level of experience in business analysis.

 

  • Any experience with working in a cross-functional environment, SAP master data knowledge and on-boarding / delivering small project enhancements in SAP.

 

  • Proven experience in Business and/or systems analysis in supply chain processes (manufacturing/ distribution/ quality/maintenance) (MES /SAP/ Production systems and control systems).

 

  • Fluent English language knowledge. Other languages will be a plus.

 

  • Project Management experience will be a plus.

 

  • Ability to operate in an Agile software development environment with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps etc. will be a plus.

 

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills needed to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

 

  • Experience working in onsite / offshore model spearheading multiple teams across different geo-locations and streamlining every team member to work collaboratively towards common objectives.

 

  • Any SDLC (software development lifecycle knowledge), Agile / Scrum Methodologies and ITIL Process with strong analytical and organizational skills.

 

  • Skilled individual and a team player with multitasking ability in a rapid-paced cross functional ambience, with an ability to take up large scale initiatives and meet deliverables even under complex and ambiguous scenario within stipulated deadlines, with excellent written and verbal communications skills.

 

  • Knowledge of any core implemented SAP OTC processes in SAP Reach, including sales order creation, delivery processing, and billing integration would be a bonus.

 

  • Collaborated with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions tailored to end user needs.

 

  • Working on defect resolution during testing/after production go live.

 

  • Any experience in working on Business requirements gathering documents, Business Case, ROI, Configuration, Gap-Fit analysis, to-be analysis & documentation, Testing, Training and Developments, Integration points within SAP.

 

  • Knowledge of any AR implemented SAP OTC processes in SAP Reach, including Pricing, Billing, GTS and Intercompany scenarios would be helpful.
