Senior Business Systems Analyst (m/f)

Hybrid Setting

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Lead or contribute to multiple applications, technology projects, and strategic initiatives.

 

  • Configure systems, perform testing, deploy solutions, and provide post-implementation support.

 

  • Document functional specifications and define system scope aligned with business needs.

 

  • Identify process improvements and recommend new technologies.

 

  • Manage system issues, change management, and root cause analysis.

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

  • Very strong experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) e.g., AVEVA, TrakSYS).

 

  • Good understanding of manufacturing applications, ERP, MES, and WMS systems, including their integration in complex business environments.

 

  • Experience integrating MES with ERP/WMS (e.g., SAP).

 

  • Experience with SAP in one or more manufacturing-related areas: Production Planning, Materials Management, Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, or Warehouse Management. Experience in food industry and/or FMCG is very nice to have.

 

  • Proficiency in SQL for queries, views, and data analysis.

 

  • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, JSON, C#).

 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work with end users, technical teams, and management. Fluency in English is mandatory.

 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

 

  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to influence, mentor, and guide team members.

 

  • Demonstrated ability to document system designs, configurations, and process specifications.

 

  • Professional demeanor with the ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
