Position Overview:

The Solution Architect is accountable for defining and owning the architecture strategy and multi‑year technology roadmap for a specific product. This role leads the development of the product’s conceptual and logical architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives. |

Acting as the primary architectural authority for the product, the Solution Architect partners closely with product management, engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to translate business capabilities into cohesive technology designs. The role provides architectural direction throughout the product lifecycle, guiding solution decisions, governing adherence to standards, and identifying opportunities to modernize platforms, reduce technical debt, and enable future innovation.

Base Salary: $87,910-$153,870
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
