MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be closely cooperating with Brand Manager responsible for one of our key categories and supporting their daily activities, building your career in Marketing by learning the best ways of working.
• You will learn fundamentals of effective brand management including consumer insights and market data analysis, development of Digital & In-store communication or product development.
• You will be closely working with number of different functions across McCormick: Sales, Category Management, Trade Marketing, Finance or Supply. You will also work with external partners such as Advertising, Media, Design or Research Agencies.
• You will have access to the latest Food Trends, delicious food and direct support of McCormick Culinary Advisor.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Graduate or last-year university student with a Business/Management/Finance/Marketing related background.
• Commercial mindset will be an asset.
• Prior experience in commercial teams within FMCG such as internships will be an asset.  
• Adaptable individual, able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a challenge.
• Fluent English and Polish speaker.
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Quick learner with very good analytical skills.
• MS Office experience.
• Interest in Marketing.
