Production Planning Specialist

 fixed term 18months

Stefanowo ( powiat Piaseczyński)

 

Ensuring effective and timely planning of finished products and semi-finished products dedicated to Poland, Romania, Ukraine, France, UK, Portugal and Spain.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and maintain short- and long-term production schedules based on demand forecasts, material availability, production capacity, and inventory targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Track production order progress and update schedules as needed.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with production, purchasing, logistics, and material planning teams to ensure timely material and product flow.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Prepare production, inventory, and resource utilization reports.
  • Support continuous improvement of planning processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management.
  • Preferred: experience in production planning or supply chain management within FMCG.
  • Experience with MRP systems required.
  • Preferred: SAP / APO experience.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • English level B2.

 

Compensation: starting from PLN 88,000.00 gross per year.

Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
